My name is Jade - the founder of Wrap'd, wife to Craig, and proud mum to 3 sons - Reid, Mason and Owen. I'm currently 3 years into my 16 year career of making school lunches, and already struggling to offer the boys variety and healthy lunch choices that won't leave them resenting the humble sandwich for the rest of their lives!

Wrap'd was an idea that came to me one day as I watched my boys - then aged 3, 5 and 7 - struggle with their flatbread wraps which I'd prepared them for a weekend lunch. Bits of lettuce and carrot were falling out with each bite, and the wrap itself was determined to unravel in their little hands.

How on earth would I ever have the confidence to send them to school with a wrap for lunch, knowing it would hold together, and they'd be able to eat it all, leaving their tummies feeling full and satisfied?

After extensive research and product development, we finally have Wrap'd - a clever solution which allows hands of all ages and sizes, to enjoy a fresh and healthy meal option.

Wrap'd completely removes the need to use plastic, foil or paper to wrap your wrap, and toothpicks, string or rubber bands to hold it together.

Not only does Wrap'd store the wrap until it's time to be eaten, it's unique design allows the consumer to gradually peel down the sides of the Wrap'd, revealing only a few bites at a time. This means the wrap is always held together neatly. It works on a similar concept to peeling a banana. And because your delicious treat is enclosed in the Wrap'd while its being eaten, it makes it a super hygienic way to be consumed.

Wrap'd is made from food safe silicone and is BPA free. It is eco friendly, fully reusable, easily cleaned in the dishwasher, and most of all, fun and simple to use.

And why stop at flatbread wraps? Long bread rolls, soft-shell tacos, hotdogs and nori rolls are just a few other ideas of how you can enjoy a Wrap'd treat!

Simply decide what your going to pop in your Wrap'd, seal the sides and the top together with a few pinches, and you're fresh and ready to go. How do you wrap?

I love that Wrap'd is fully reusable and completely removes the need to use plastic, foil, paper, toothpicks, string or rubber bands to hold a wrap together. We are fast becoming a very wasteful society, so designing a product that is environmentally friendly and waste free is very important to me. And what's more, Wrap'd is easily cleaned in the dishwasher. Speaking of being clean, the fact that your delicious treat is enclosed inside the Wrap'd while its being eaten, makes it a super hygienic way to be consumed. This is peace of mind for me, especially after seeing my boys hands after a few hours of play! 

Since having Wrap'd at home, we have discovered how handy they are for many other foods. Our most recent use was when we had home made burgers one night, and Owen was struggling to hold his big roll together. I simply cut his burger in half, and popped it into a Wrap'd. He was able to hold it much easier, and the ingredients were all contained neatly inside.

This is an exciting new adventure for my Wrap'd family. It's such a fun journey to be on, as we have developed, and redeveloped the Wrap'd again and again! I have learnt so much about the product development process, and feel so grateful to have such a professional industrial design company to guide us through. My mind and creativity has worked overtime as each new stage has begun, and can't wait to add more unique products to our range in the future.
